Finland Fishing licence online Shop Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service apply to web services produced and maintained by Infomeri oy (limited partnership company). Web services www.kalapaikka.net and www.fishing.fi (later referred to as: "Web service") consist of pages with information and an online store. Registration is required for the use of certain parts of the web service (e.g. the online store ). By registering in the web service, the user declares to have read these Terms of Service and commits to following them. The services on the site that require registration also have separate, product-specific terms like the terms of authorized products and cancellation terms, which the user of the web service declares to have read and commits to following when using these services and ordering the products. The user commits to using the web service in accordance with the law and good practice. Different types of fishing permits are available in the fishing permit store, depending on the target location: for a part of the target locations you will receive a fishing permit in image format. A part of the fishing permits are delivered as an image of an online bank transfer receipt of a successful payment to the target's account. Some of the fishing permits are copies of official fishing licenses in PDF format. After accepting the terms of delivery for the permit, the user of the web service authorizes the administrator in charge to work as his/her delegate in acquiring the fishing permit, e.g. to register to third-party web services using the information provided by the user of the web service, provided this is necessary for carrying out the assignment of acquiring the permit. For example, the national fisheries management fee is acquired from the Metsähallitus fishing permit online store in the manner described above. All fishing permits delivered are in effect for the people indicated in the permit, and for the time specified in the permit. The permit target locations are aware of the permit delivery practice. The administrator in charge of the web service is CEO Esko Lehtinen.

Fishing Licences and Permits are delivered only electronically via website (printing) and email. Customer should use normal modern internet browser like ms exloprer, firefox, google chrome with cookies allowed. Permits can be printed using normal printer that can print jpg-pictures and pdf-files. Lost permit can only be send to email address that is given during payment. Fishing Permits can be obtained online 24 h / day, finnish internet Bank account is required. Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club) are accepted.

Customer is responsible for checking all the details of the fishing resort (fishing season, rules etc). Each permit applies to one person and resale of permit is prohibited. Check your permit carefully before the purchase has been completed. Once permits are purchased, they can neither be changed nor refunded. The permit is not valid before it has been delivered electronically to customer. Normally permit is delivered to customer within 10-15 minutes. Infomeri is not liable for any delays of delivering permits.

In addition to the price of the permit, you will pay an order processing fee and the dispatching costs named as delivery costs.

Infomeri oy acts as an agent. The owner of the fishing rights is liable for and obligated to pay its obligations under VAT 2 § (:940/1999).

Responsibility Infomeri oy functions as a publicist of the service. Infomeri oy does not promise that the service will be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will provide specific results from use of the site for any specific purpose unless otherwise mentioned in The Terms of Use or in connection with a specific service.

The user of the service is obligated to take care of his computer and data communication equipment, use and condition of them, data security, backup copying, virus protection and other comparable circumstances.

Infomeri oy will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service. Infomeri oy is not liable for damage arising from problems of use of the service, delays, breaks or other technical faults.


Infomeri oy has the right to update, change, add or erase material from the service at any time and restrict access to the site without any prior notice. Infomeri oy has the right to change The Terms of Use, content and selection of the service.

Card payments can be performed online safely with the Bank and Luottokunta SSL-secured payment form. Our company does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder.
