Fishing permits are normally sent to the email address you provided after payment. However, in some cases, this may not happen. There are several possible reasons for this: for example, the email address may have been incorrect. Some email systems (such as hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com) may also mistakenly classify automatically sent emails as spam — so please check your spam folder.

In some cases, the email delivery of the permit may be delayed due to technical reasons, such as temporary congestion in our service. We will send the permits to you via email once the issue is resolved. Additionally, permits are not sent if the buyer does not return to the seller’s service after making the payment at the bank.

In all cases, please check that the charge has been deducted from your bank account and contact us via email at info@infomeri.fi. In your message, please provide the payment date and the bank where the payment was made. We will verify the issue and send you a link to print your permits. If your bank account has not been charged, we kindly ask you to purchase the permits again.
